How To Make Apple Juice!
Have you ever tried to make home made apple juice and it may taste ok, but when you look at it you realise that it looks like a slimy potion. I hope to show you in this article how to make the best apple juice and make sure it has that golden glow!
Instructions
Things You'll Need:
Apples
Cloth
Some sort of press
1. First get some apples, preferrable home picked and green apples generally work better, but red are fine too.
2. Take the cores out and you can skin them if you want to, but you'll loose some of the nutrition
3. Next crush them into a pulp, this 'thick gloop' is called pomace.
4. Next wrap the pomace in cloth
5. Place the cloths filled with pomace in a press (can be to pieces of wood with a weight on top.
6. Place some kind of collection tray to collect the juices which comes off
7. Next place the apple juice which comes off into a filter (a seive) and you'll notice that the juices which come off are golden and you didn't have to add anything artificial
8. Chill in fridge and serve with ice
